Join me in empowering women to make lasting changes in their lives.
Calvary Women's Services empowers homeless women in Washington, DC, to transform their lives through housing, health, education, and employment programs.
This spring I will be pursuing my longstanding dream of thru-hiking the Pacific Crest Trail (PCT). The trail extends from Mexico to Canada for a total of 2,650 miles. Help me celebrate achieving my life goal by helping the women at Calvary achieve their goals.
$26.50 (1 cent for every mile) can provide women with two weeks of nutritious, home-cooked meals.
$53 (2 cents for every mile) can provide a woman with four weeks of therapy and mental health services.
$79.50 (3 cents for every mile) can provide women with 3 weeks of life-skills classes.
$132.50 (5 cents for every mile) can provide a woman with new furnishings for a bedroom as she moves out of Calvary into her own home.
$265 (10 cents for every mile) can provide a woman with two months of job placement services.
More information on Calvary Women's Services, including additional ways you can get involved, is available on their website.
